VERSE 1 God knew you before you started to grow In that special growing place. For you He has planned the way you should go And He knows the choices you'll face.

VERSE 2 His blessing today He gives you, my child. It confirms your royalty. Stand tall among peers; Courageous when fears Threaten your identity.

REFRAIN You're special, You're a prince/princess, You're a pearl in God's sight. Regardless of your choices, God will love you in spite. You're royal, Oh, what joy For each girl and each boy. God calls you His child-- You're a child of the King!
